ONLINE ORDER DELAYS - UP TO 15 BUSINESS DAYS
Due to the impact of COVID-19 we are experiencing significant delays.
For the safety of our team members, our warehouse has implemented necessary social distancing protocols. This has unfortunately slowed down our rate of processing orders and resulted in significant delays, together with an increased demand for online shopping. Our team is working hard to dispatch orders safely with increased hours and weekend shifts implemented to deliver your order as soon as possible.
Our delivery partner is also experiencing delays due to the unprecedented demand for online shopping and the reduction of flights between Australia and New Zealand. As a result, your order may arrive later than expected and your tracking information may not be scanned and updated in their system, even when your order is on its way.
Please note that your order was successful and we will let you know when it has been dispatched from our warehouse. You will receive a text or email from our delivery partner advising you when your parcel will be delivered, this usually occurs on the day of delivery.

Our stores are open and we encourage you to check opening hours with your local store as normal store hours are subject to change. We have implemented all the necessary hygiene precautions for the safety of all staff and customers working in-stores, online and at our head office as guided by the Australian and New Zealand Government guidelines and the World Health Organization. The safety of our staff and community continues to be our top priority as we continue to monitor the situation closely.

- Increased personal hygiene and social distancing messaging and monitoring in accordance with the Department of Health guidelines.
- Preference for EFTPOS contactless payment transactions at point of sale where possible.
