Designer Notes

Down makes a quilt softer, lighter, and more resilient. Our Luxury Goose Down Quilt holds 80% minimum goose down and has an 8.5 TOG warmth rating, making them wonderfully warm and soft. The greater percentage of down to feather in a quilt gives it a higher loft as the down clusters expand to their naturally spherical shape. As goose down is a natural fibre, it holds superior thermal properties to synthetic fibre alternatives, requiring less filling to stay cosy and warm. This means that the quilt stays toasty warm whilst remaining light and soft. Our Luxury Goose Down Quilts are trans-seasonal. Simply fluff the quilt to increase the insulation between the down clusters within each pocket in order to remain warm and snug in the cooler months, or pat down the quilt during summer to decrease the insulation.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Minimum 80% goose down with balance goose feather filling. Air well before use. Fluff and air frequently. Dry clean only (p). Air thoroughly after dry cleaning. To gain the most from your quilt we recommend that you fluff and air frequently to maintain it's loft and softness.

We are pleased to offer free delivery for all online purchases over $150.
For all online purchases under $150 a flat rate delivery fee of $9.95 per order applies.
Shipping fees paid at time of purchase are non-refundable. Please note we pay customs and import duty charges.

As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us with all the information you need to track your order all the way to your door.

Please be aware if your tracking number is via our delivery partner PBT, it may take 3-5 business days for your tracking to reflect, depending on the PBT status of your order.

Returns

Unused items purchased online can be returned to any one of our stores nationwide within 14 days of the date your delivery has been received. 
Our Rewards members enjoy extended returns of up to 30 days from the date of delivery. To learn more about our Rewards program, click here.

Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and in original packaging. Presentation of your Tax Invoice email is required to process a return.

If there is no store near you, you can return your online order via post. 

Items must be shipped to us in original condition (unused, unwashed, including all original tags and packaging) and within our returns period from the date of delivery.

Please note that change of mind returns via post are at the customer's cost. We recommend keeping proof of postage as we do not take responsibility for items lost in transit.

We aim to process all returns within 3-5 business days of receiving your items, unless otherwise stated. Your refund will be paid to your original payment method (please allow a further 1-3 business days for funds to be returned to you, depending on your bank or financial institution.)

Order Changes or Cancellation

Once an order has been completed in checkout, the order cannot be added to, changed, or cancelled. 
We process & pack orders quickly, which means unfortunately we cannot make any changes once you have placed your order.
