An excellent alternative to feather or down, microfibre is machine washable, hypoallergenic, and offers high loft and softness suitable for all seasons.
Microfibre is an ultra-fine, high strength, versatile and long wearing fibre. Providing insulation while remaining breathable, microfibre quilts provide warmth without weight.
The filling is air-blown into the casing and box stitched to ensure it remains contained and evenly dispersed for balanced warmth. This results in a soft, mid-weight quilt, providing warmth in winter and coolness in summer.
Our Microfibre quilt is easy to care for and machine washable, perfect for allergy sufferers.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
QUILTS
Warm hand or gentle machine wash in liquid detergent (40c). Do not bleach, soak or wring. Line dry or tumble dry on low heat, turning frequently. Do not iron or steam. Do not dry clean (x). To gain the most from your quilt we recommend that you fluff and air frequently to maintain it's loft and softness.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Christmas Delivery
Any orders placed after the 26th November we can no longer gurantee delivery before Christmas. Many of our stores have extended trading hours, please check out store locator for details
Delivery
We are pleased to offer free delivery for all online purchases over $150.
For all online purchases under $150 a flat rate delivery fee of $9.95 per order applies.
Shipping fees paid at time of purchase are non-refundable. Please note we pay customs and import duty charges.
As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us with all the information you need to track your order all the way to your door.
Please be aware if your tracking number is via our delivery partner PBT, it may take 3-5 business days for your tracking to reflect, depending on the PBT status of your order.

Returns
Unused items purchased online can be returned to any one of our stores nationwide within 14 days of the date your delivery has been received.
Our Rewards members enjoy extended returns of up to 30 days from the date of delivery. To learn more about our Rewards program, click here.
Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and in original packaging. Presentation of your Tax Invoice email is required to process a return.

Post Returns (Online Purchases Only)
If there is no store near you, you can return your online order via post.
Items must be shipped to us in original condition (unused, unwashed, including all original tags and packaging) and within our returns period from the date of delivery.

Please note that change of mind returns via post are at the customer's cost. We recommend keeping proof of postage as we do not take responsibility for items lost in transit.
We aim to process all returns within 3-5 business days of receiving your items, unless otherwise stated. Your refund will be paid to your original payment method (please allow a further 1-3 business days for funds to be returned to you, depending on your bank or financial institution.)
Please Contact Us prior to initiating a return via post if you believe your product is damaged or faulty. Our Customer Service team will be in touch as soon as possible to assist further.
Order Changes or Cancellation
Once an order has been completed in checkout, the order cannot be added to, changed, or cancelled.
We process & pack orders quickly, which means unfortunately we cannot make any changes once you have placed your order.
You can always return your order to us once received, within the terms of our returns policy.
