WARNING: This item is not designed to be used as a play mat. This is suitable as a decorative floor rug. If placing item on carpet or light surface, please ensure item is dried thoroughly to avoid colour transfer. Do not use dark colours on pale coloured surfaces.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Launder whites and colours separately. Cold hand or machine wash on gentle cycle (30°C). Remove promptly to avoid colour transfer. Do not rub, soak or wring. Do not bleach. Line dry in shade. Do not iron. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean (X). Shedding may occur during washing. Clean washing machine filter and drum, after initial wash. Vacuum rug to lift pile. Rug must be thoroughly dry before use.

For all purchases under $150 a flat rate delivery fee of $9.95 per order applies.

Tracking details will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

Shipping fees paid at time of purchase are non-refundable. Please note we pay customs and import duty charges.

Postal Returns (for online orders only)

Items must be shipped back to us in original condition (unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging) within our returns period. Change of mind returns via post are at the customer’s expense. We do not offer exchanges via post. For damaged or faulty returns please contact our customer service team for assistance or visit your local store.
