CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Warning failure to follow these instructions can result in burn injury and/or property damage. Remove all packaging material. Trim wick to 4 mm each time before lighting. Never allow wick trimmings to accumulate in the candle. Burn candle no more than 2 hours at a time. Always place candle on holder. Never leave burning candle unattended. Candle should always be placed away from flammable material, on a fireproof receptacle and out of reach of children.

For all purchases under $150 a flat rate delivery fee of $9.95 per order applies.
Tracking details will be emailed once your order is dispatched.
Shipping fees paid at time of purchase are non-refundable. Please note we pay customs and import duty charges.

Postal Returns (for online orders only)
Items must be shipped back to us in original condition (unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging) within our returns period. Change of mind returns via post are at the customer’s expense. We do not offer exchanges via post. For damaged or faulty returns please contact our customer service team for assistance or visit your local store.
