How do I Place an online order?
Ordering online is easy! Simply find the style(s) you are looking for; select your colour and size if applicable and then ‘Add to bag’. You will then see the items in your cart pop up on your screen. You can either ‘Checkout Now’ or ‘Continue Shopping’. The steps through our secure checkout are easy to follow but if you would like any assistance, our Customer Care Team will be happy to help!
How do I know that my order placed online has been received?
Once you have placed an order online you will automatically receive an email confirming that it has been received with the order number. An email containing your Order's tracking ID will also be sent as well to track the delivery status of your online order.
Can I follow the progress of my order placed online?
Yes, by signing into your account online you can view the progress of past and current orders. Simply select the 'MY ORDERS' option on the left hand panel of your Account Dashboard. If you have purchased as a guest an email containing your Order's tracking ID will also be sent as well to track the delivery status of your online order.
Can you please tell me the different payment options you have available online?
The following payment methods are available for purchases made online - Paypal, Mastercard, Visa and Amex, Afterpay.
When I submit my credit card information online, how do I know that it is secure?
We understand the importance of keeping your personal information safe once it has been submitted online. To ensure that you always feel comfortable we have chosen Adyen which is PCI compliant (PCI compliance is adherence to a set of security standards that were developed to protect card information during and after a financial transaction.) I am trying to purchase an item online however it appears to be sold out, is it available in store?
If a product may still be available in store even if it is “Out of stock” online. Click ‘FIND IN STORE’ and enter your postcode to check availability near you.
How can I check if a product is available at a store near me?
You can use our “FIND IN STORE” option to check the availability of a product in your near by store. Please follow the steps to find product in your nearest store
1. Select a product online.
2. Click ‘FIND IN STORE’.
3. Enter product colour or size and your postcode.
4. See availability near you.
5. Call your local store and our team can place the item on hold for you.
Are the prices on your website the same as prices in your stores?
Our prices are displayed are in $NZ and generally it is the same in store & online. However, there are exceptions where there is an online only promotion, the promotion will clearly state online on the products
I have placed an order online. Can I pick it up at my nearest store or your distribution centre?
Unfortunately , we do not currently offer a pick up/click & collect service. Your order will be sent to the mailing address you have provided during the checkout process.
I have placed an order online. Can I modify or cancel this if it has not yet shipped?
Unfortunately once your order has been placed we are unable to modify it. You can return or exchange items once you have received them. For more information please go to our Delivery & Returns.
Can I lay-by my order?
Our Lay-by option is only available in store. To find out more, please visit your nearest store where our friendly staff will be waiting to help you. Please note that Lay-by may not be available in all stores due to storage restrictions.

What is Bed Bath N' Table's refund & returns policy?
Bed Bath N’ Table offer online customers the ability to return items purchased online to any physical store, directly to the warehouse and through communications with Customer Service. Items that are unused in original condition and packaging may be returned upon presentation of original invoice within 14 days of date delivery received.
Faulty items may be returned for a refund or exchange upon presentation of original invoice. For return of faulty items via post please contact Customer Service who may issue you a reply paid authorisation to return the item free of charge.

All deliveries are made with PBT Couriers and will require a signature.

Upon dispatch of your order you will receive an email containing the Tracking ID to track the status of your delivery. Order status can also be tracked using Track your order
Orders must be addressed to a residental or business street address. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
How much does delivery/shipping cost?
Please note all prices and charges for Orders on the www.bedbathntable.co.nz website are in $NZ.
You will be notified of the shipping cost as you complete the checkout process.
Our flat rate for shipping to New Zealand is $15.00 per Order .
There are NO additional charges. We will pay all the Customs and Import charges for deliveries to New Zealand.

My order has been shipped, how do I track it?
An email containing the tracking number starting with "PBB" would be send out to you once your order has been dispatched. Please visit http://pbt.co.nz/default.aspx to track your order.

Unfortunately we do not ship outside of New Zealand at this time from our New Zealand website, www.bedbathntable.co.nz. We will keep you updated on this as soon as anything changes.

Please be aware that our ranges may vary from store to store depending on stock availability. We strive to offer our full range online; however, some items may not be available or sell out due to high demand or may not be suitable for delivery. No. Signing up to receive our newsletter means that you will be kept up to date via email on all our latest product news. You only provide us with your email address (Bottom of our website) to subscribe to our newsletter. To become a Rewards Member you will need to create an account by providing your name, password and address details. You can do this by visiting our Register page to create a Rewards account.

Yes. You can use whatever email address you prefer. Don't worry, if you use your same address to become a Rewards Member we will make sure that you don't receive multiple emails from us.
I have forgotten my password. How do I reset it?
Don't worry! If you have forgotten your password go to SIGN IN at the top of our website and click Forgot Your Password. You will then be sent an email instructing you how to reset a new one. Alternatively follow this link to reset your password.
How do I change my personal details registered with you?
Simply sign into your account and 'Edit' details from the Account dashboard. Once you have done so, make sure you press save and any changes will automatically be updated in our system.

No, unfortunately without an email address there is no way to register your account and stay up to date with Bed Bath N' Table's latest product news.
Can I see my store purchases online in my purchase history?
No. At this stage you can only view your online purchases when you are logged into your account dashboard.
Gift Cards
I would like to purchase a gift card online. Can I do this?
At this time gift cards are only available to purchase and redeem in store. We will endeavour to have these for purchase and use online shortly.
I have been given a gift card. How long do I have until it expires?
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
I have misplaced my gift card. Can I replace it for another one?
Gift Cards are like cash and must be treated as such. Bed Bath N’ Table cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards once they have been given to a customer. Please ensure you keep this in a safe place.
